These Worcester Bosch Greenstar boilers have a plastic manifold on the left hand side of the boiler called a flow unit.
It’s not uncommon for the flow unit to fail which results in a leak from the left hand side of the boiler.
The flow unit is under mains pressure and when it fails it will continue to leak unless the mains water is turned off or the manifold is replaced.
When a Worcester Bosch Greenstar boiler leaks from the flow unit it will not cause the pressure on the boiler to drop.
This flow unit failure issue affects all Worcester Bosch Greenstar Junior, Si and CDI combination boilers of the same generation manufactured between 2005 and 2015.
